A TASTY SPRING IN ARDECHE

|
Entertainment will start on the 13th of April with the « Train des Saveurs » (Train of tastes), where wine tasting will be organised with a sommelier on board the “Chemin de Fer du Vivarais” from Tournon to Lamastre.
Then on the 19th and 20th of April in Viviers, there is “Festivin”, the wine fair from Ardèche. In the programme you will find tasting, meeting the wine grower and discovering the wine culture.
In St-Romain de Lerps, on the 20th of April, for the afternoon, there is the la Ronde des Fours, when 5 bread ovens are used by 5 retired bakers, who have a passion for bread made the old-fashioned way and pastries.
On the 26th and the 27th of April, there is the unavoidable « De Ferme en Ferme », to discover the beautiful land in Ardèche: circuits, walks, guided tours, tasting and sales of farm products.
The following Sunday, the 4th of May, the « Fête de l’Olivier » (Olive tree festival) takes place in Vallon-Pont-d’Arc with a market, local olive oil tasting, guided walks to discover the area, visit of an olive mill.
The same day, in Largentière, plants will be honoured at Ethnoplantes: cooking with wild plants, phytotherapy, cosmetics, plants dyes, gardening workshops for children and “green music”!
A feast for the taste buds!
